Our Village



Hillier Park is located on the fringe of Gawler on Hillier Road, 400m west of the intersection with Jack Cooper Drive.

Beautiful facilities include two in-ground swimming pools, manicured and fully maintained gardens,  BBQ areas and extensive walking trails. The central facility of Hillier Park is the Community Hall, ably operated by an active and well equipped social club making it easy to enjoy the company of friends and neighbours.  There is also a Recreation Hall that features a Billiards Room and Gymnasium.  Our village news section includes an event calendar for social club events.  The Hall is available for some private functions when available.


Maintenance of common areas, including facilities is completed by park staff, leaving you free to enjoy your days as you please. With that taken care of, you can do as little or as much gardening and home improvement as you wish.

What makes our park different to other villages?

Your site fees include access to all facilities and common areas. They cover all council and water rates; these are not additional charges. There may be small optional fees for van/boat/trailer storage. You pay your own gas, power & phone costs.

If you decide to sell your home, it’s not sold back to the village, but you sell it privately or through a real estate agency. For those who don’t drive or choose not to, Adelaide Metro & Link SA operates bus services into the town of Gawler which has all the services you may require.  Trains to Elizabeth, Salisbury and Adelaide leave from Gawler or the nearby Tambelin railway station.
